NEIL WARREN

Neil Warren is an experienced chartered surveyor and possesses an in-depth knowledge of the property industry. Neil joined the Land & Water Group in 1997 and has been with the company for over 20 years.

As Estates Director, Neil is responsible for delivering Land & Water’s marina development projects. These projects have included: Campbell Wharf Marina (111 berths), Kings Bromley Wharf (275 berths), Saul Junction Marina (280 berths). Caen Hill Marina (248 berths) on the Kennet and Avon canal, Northwich Quay Marina (50 berths) on the river Weaver Cheshire and Shakespeare Marina (250 berths) in Stratford upon Avon.

COMMITMENT

In 1978, Neil began his role in the industry whilst studying for a Rural Estate Management Diploma at the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester, Gloucestershire.

Offering his expertise as Estates Director, Neil is responsible for the development and operation of inland waterway marinas.

Before joining Land & Water, Neil was Regional Manager at First Valuers and Surveyors in London. Neil has built on his skills as a property expert by working for numerous property valuation companies. By working in senior roles, Neil has effectively built relations with landowners, contractors, lending institutions, property professionals, lawyers, local authorities, marina managers and boating customers.

Under neil's guidance Land & Water Estates celebrates the success of Caen Hill Marina in the Yacht Harbour Association Awards recognising the best of over 160 Gold Anchor accredited marinas from around the world. Caen Hill was named runner up in the Inland Marina of the Year category. This recognition builds on the success that the marina has already achieved after being named the Best Inland Waterway Marina in 2014 and runner up in 2015/2016.
